Design will be approachable, integrated, capable of upgrades. Exploration of asymmetrical design. A retractable cord feature will keep unit clean and uniform, while the design language will lend itself to the Siemens brand and be strong enough to hold its own as a stand alone unit but also look complete and uniform as a unit with stand.

Main shape must be space effective. The idea is to maintain design language of Siemens product line. It is modern, yet approachable and easily manufactured.
Functional pieces
Charging units has large vertical display with cutting edge 3D display. Charging handle is placed underneath a housing which protects handle and streamlines design, while a prominent logo display is adorned on top.
Special features
Unit features a retractable wire which further protects unit and gives it a clean aesthetic. A backlight adds to visibility in the dark and adds a modern touch.

Right at home or in the lower garage level of a commercial structure, the Siemens Charging Unit holds its own as a stand alone, wall mounted unit.
